Maria Mergulhão, artista visual e poetisa, nasceu em 1993, em Lisboa, Portugal.

Em 2010, com 17 anos, mudou-se para Londres, onde estudou Fine Arts na  Goldsmiths University of London.

Tem-se afirmado, desde 2018, no panorama artístico português com exposições regulares, como por exemplo: I Drove By You; Hello My _______, no Espaço Santa Catarina (2018); Up Next: It’s Your Life!, no Centro LGBT, Lisboa (2019); ou Messages in a Bottle (2019), no Museu Municipal de Faro, Portugal.

Maria Mergulhao was born in 1993 in Lisbon, Portugal. At the age of 17, she moved to London where she studied Fine Art in The University for Creative Arts and in Goldsmiths University. She currently lives and works in Lisbon in her pink studio in Cascais.
